For growth-stage companies with so many opportunities in front of them, it can be difficult to prioritize. Trying do too much spreads the organization too thin and hinders results. Too much focus can be the difference between growing 50% and growing 100% annually. 

Market expansion, acquisition business integration, product roadmapping, marketing projects -- whatever the priorization at hand may be, I have found the following framework to be effective for sanity-checking key strategies and initiatives, and driving organizational alignment around them.
