2023 CEO Summit Recap Video

Our annual CEO Summit is one of Edison's flagship events, bringing together CEOs from across our portfolio to connect, learn, and grow. This year's summit took place in Boca Raton, Florida, where beautiful weather and awe-inspiring scenery were the perfect backdrop for attendees to reset and remember how to go slow, to go fast!

Our keynote speaker was executive leadership expert, author, and Senior Managing Director at The ExCo Group, Adam Bryant. Bryant shared valuable insights on 'the inner game of leadership,' challenging attendees to think critically about who they are as leaders and how to strengthen their management skills for the benefit of their companies.

Other featured guests included UBS President of Global Wealth Management, Iqbal Khan, and executive leadership team building experts Julie Moore and Eric Walczykowski.

In true Edison fashion, we rounded out day two of our summit with some friendly competition. Attendees competed in a multi-round pickleball tournament to determine who would take home the coveted Edison Partners 2023 CEO Summit championship belt. Spoiler: Greg Lettieri, CEO of Recycle Track Systems, and our very own Felix Rauch took the crown.

Casey is an entrepreneur and software executive who has brought his breadth of operating expertise to Edison Partners. He joined the firm in 2022 to lead Edison Edge, our value creation ecosystem, managing a team of Operating Partners, and our overall value creation strategy for Edison.
