I am proudest when I see my kids develop skills (I think) they learned from me...and even more so from my wife.
My childhood and early career were shaped by my dad and grandfather. Both in sales and entrepreneurs, they taught me nothing happens without the first sale.
Empathy: I like to think I put myself in other people's shoes, particularly entrepreneurs and CEOs.
How fortunate we are to help founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams make their visions a reality.
