Chris joined Edison in 2002 and is Managing Partner, Chairperson of the Investment Committee, and guides firm strategy.
During his tenure at Edison, the firm has completed over 75 new investments. Chris has led over 45 financings, including 25 new investments, and has served as a director of 25 companies. He launched Edison’s Fintech industry team, where he leads investments. Chris is nationally recognized in the sector by Institutional Investor.
Since January 2016, he has led exits of seven Edison portfolio companies with a combined enterprise value of more than $8.5 billion and gross proceeds to Edison of more than $400 million. His more than 30 years of operating and investing experience in high-growth technology companies spans several market cycles.
Prior to joining Edison, he was an entrepreneur and technology executive with experience in finance, marketing, and operations. Chris was Chief Financial Officer and Division President of Princeton eCom, and previously served as CFO of two startups.
