Leading Property Research Provider Acquired by First American Financial Corporation


PRINCETON, NJ – SEPTEMBER 21, 2016 -- Edison Partners today announced that New Jersey-based RedVision Systems, the largest independent provider of title and real property research, has been acquired by First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF), a leading provider of title insurance, settlement services and risk solutions for real estate transactions.

RedVision®, which has grown 350 percent since Edison’s original investment in 2009, offers title evidence solutions, including data, technology and managed services focused on the procurement and processing of title information.
