My thinking on business, life, and relationships is greatly influenced by my grandfather. He was a successful lawyer, judge, and human rights activist over the course of a 60-year career. He worked five-days-a-week until the age of 92, when he finally cut down to four. He was passionate about his work and made a real impact on the lives of those around him. His example has driven me to find that same balance in my own career, and to build relationships with people who share those values.
