ABOUT CASSANDRA

Cassandra is the first HR professional to join Edison Partners, bringing a unique perspective from a variety of industries with a key focus on driving cultural and organizational development. She is responsible for building out talent strategies, developing performance metrics that tie to succession and compensation plans, as well as developing and maintaining a healthy culture for the employees at Edison. Additionally, she is responsible for the benefit plans, business insurance and managing the administrative team.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Cassandra has 10+ years of progressive Human Resource experience, having worked in industries including Education, Property Management, Security, Start-up tech, and Renewable Energy. Most recently, she worked for three years as the HR Director for Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, a Hydroelectric Dam company, providing support to around 200+ employees across 16 states and a portfolio of 89 Dams. While with Eagle Creek she earned her “Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional” (SHRM-CP) certification. Prior to Eagle Creek, she served as the Regional HR Manager at Command Security as well as the HR Manager at GroundLink, LLC in NYC. Almost all of her roles have been performed as a sole contributor, which has given her the ability to think quickly and strategically.
