Our keynote speaker was executive leadership expert, author, and Senior Managing Director at [The ExCo Group](https://www.excoleadership.com), [Adam Bryant](https://www.linkedin.com/in/adambryantleadership/). Bryant shared valuable insights on 'the inner game of leadership,' challenging attendees to think critically about who they are as leaders and how to strengthen their management skills for the benefit of their companies.

Other featured guests included [UBS](https://www.ubs.com/us/en.html) President of Global Wealth Management, Iqbal Khan, and executive leadership team building experts [Julie Moore](https://www.linkedin.com/in/julielindeenmoore/) and [Eric Walczykowski.](https://www.linkedin.com/in/eric-walczykowski/)

In true Edison fashion, we rounded out day two of our summit with some friendly competition. Attendees competed in a multi-round pickleball tournament to determine who would take home the coveted Edison Partners 2023 CEO Summit championship belt. Spoiler: [Greg Lettieri](https://www.linkedin.com/in/gregory-r-lettieri-b822b58/), CEO of [Recycle Track Systems](https://www.linkedin.com/company/recycle-track-systems-inc/), and our very own [Felix Rauch](https://www.linkedin.com/in/felix-rauch/) took the crown.

Our 2023 CEO Summit was certainly one to remember. Check out this recap video to see what you missed, or to relive this unforgettable week of relaxation, networking, and fun.
